Brewing Suggestions

Pour Over: Use a medium-fine grind, 15g coffee to 240ml water at 94°C (201°F). Bloom for 30 seconds, then pour slowly in circles for a 3-minute brew. Expect a smooth cup with red apple sweetness and a caramel finish.

Espresso Machine: Use 18g in and extract 36g out at 93°C (200°F) in about 28 seconds. Yields a balanced shot with sweet chocolate and subtle apple notes.
